Dr. Onur Naci KARAHANCI (MD) was born in 1982, Kars. He completed his primary, secondary and high school in Konya. He graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine with MD degree in 2008. He worked in Kars as a practicing physician between 2008-2012. After that he has started studying in Kafkas University Department of Medical Deontology in 2012. He has worked as a resarch assistant at Hacettepe University Department of Medical History and Ethics between September 2013 and 2018..
